Policy
Acceptable use policy
Use the platform for real projects, not infrastructure abuse
Last updated 28 Apr 2026 support@tryb4host.com
This policy explains the activity Tryb4Host allows, the activity we block, and how we respond when a domain or hosting plan creates network, fraud or legal risk. Offshore-aware service does not remove operational standards — abuse handling remains part of the product.
Applies to
Domains, hosting, VPS, routed services, customer dashboards and payment flows.

1. Prohibited activity
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, botnet control, spam infrastructure or malicious redirection.
- Payment fraud, identity impersonation, fake storefronts or document falsification.
- Services designed primarily to evade lawful review, abuse controls or provider restrictions for clearly unlawful use.
2. Security and network abuse
You may not use Tryb4Host to degrade, scan, attack or destabilise other services without explicit authorisation from the target.
- No denial-of-service traffic, brute-force activity or open-relay abuse.
- No mass scraping or automated access that violates a target's terms or causes service harm.
- No deceptive DNS, email or routing configuration intended to mask abuse activity.
3. Content, brand and reputational risk
Higher-friction content is not automatically prohibited, but impersonation, deceptive marketing, fraud funnels and clearly unlawful material are not accepted.
- We may request verification for brand-sensitive, financial or higher-risk deployments.
- We may restrict content that creates clear provider, legal or safety exposure.
- Customers remain responsible for moderation, rights clearance and lawful operation of their projects.
4. Enforcement
We can review, suspend, throttle, quarantine or terminate services when a project violates this policy or creates urgent risk. Where appropriate we ask for context, evidence or remediation steps first. In urgent cases we act first and review immediately after.
- Repeated or severe abuse can lead to immediate suspension.
- False abuse responses or fake verification documents are treated as separate violations.
- Refunds do not arise automatically when enforcement follows a real policy breach.
