About registering with us

Do I actually own the domain?
Yes. You are the registrant on the WHOIS record and you can request the transfer auth code at any time from the console. We do not lock names in.
Why does the WHOIS sometimes show another company?
We register through accredited registrar partners, so the technical provider can appear in registry metadata. It does not change who the registrant is, and it does not change who supports you.
What happens if I let a domain expire?
There is a redemption window after expiry during which you can still recover the name, though the registry charges a redemption fee. We warn you at 60, 30 and 7 days, and again on the day.
How long does a transfer take?
Typically five to seven days, set by the registry rather than by us. Your site stays online throughout — nothing changes until the transfer completes.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes, USDT on TRC20 and other supported networks. You get a reference and a receiving address with a time-boxed window, and you submit the transaction hash to settle.
